Yes, My reactor is about 2 years old. In general the unit is great. But this I think is a real issue. I wonder how other reactors work? I always see a similar setup,flange and thumbscrews.
How does that schuran type media work for you ?
I will be buying 7 other true unions, so I guess this is one more. Do I need to bother with a true union or do you think a union on one side will be ok for the return pump?
