i started with 4 of them and now have 2 cause 2 jumped out. mine swim in the open water about half the time and the other half hide in the rocks. since adding them i havent seen a pod in the display tank in around 4 months when before there were tons. as soon as i figure a way to get them out they are history. as far as bothering corals, clams, other fish and inverts they are perfect residents.
