As for setting or even use of a controller; Do you have to be as concerned with the smaller Enaly unit hooked up to the JG interface on the AquaC skimmer. The output from the skimmer also goes through a carbon treatment before reentering the sump. I would beleive that most of it would go to atmosphere and the carbon before entering the sump.
