Ordered an Aqua C product (Remora skimmer) from large inventory online retailer. On arrival there was an issue with a preskimmer/postskimmer mod. It was ever so slightly miss measured and would not engage the skimmer outflow correctly.

Aqua C Inc immediately forwarded a replacement, no problem... mailed it out the same day I contacted them by phone. Product works as advertised (it kicks booty on my 26 gal) its trouble free, and is well worth the premium.
