well, that's what I'd shoot for
I believe that feeding is the most important thing to keeping an anemone healthy (other than water quality of course, thats vital). And lighting is just a supplement when it's not digesting food. That's my view though, a lot of people on this board dont share it, but it's what I've come to believe and it has worked for me so far.
