I have an AGA 180 with the same overflows. The flow rate is not bad and the AGA overflows are not too loud. Extending the standpipe/float up a few inches will help keep the water noise down.
In my 180 I've added seven MJ 1200's on a RedSea wavemaker to increase the flow rate...
