I'm glad you've enjoyed it this far! This has definitely been one of the funnest things I've done in while!
Many mistakes happen because of over-confidence. I find that the longer I don't screw something up, I become less careful with it. I imagine this goes for some folks who forget to check up on their "fail-safe" systems. And then again, there are always some things that can never be predicted.
