Your pond is setup great to keep out predators, with the vertical walls.

My dog would stand on the plant shelf ~10-16" water, and bury his head under water to grab a fish. Quite a sight, a dog blowing bubbles under water. Once he got one, he would run around whimpering, like he didnt know what to do with it. Never could train him to put the damn thing back in the water, lol.

He was a Australian shepherd mix. He was a great dog, and our other 2 dogs are rescues as well. Its a great way to get a pet, and a good lesson for the kids too.

How'd you weather the storm? We had crazy wind blown rain everywhere.
