If the tank is still cycling, the amonia will drop as it cycles. If it's not still cycling:
Do water changes
Remove any dead or decaying things from the tank
You can also dose Amquel. I believe that the Amquel only neutralizes it so that it's not toxic, but if you have anything in the tank, you may want to add the Amquel to keep it safe.
