Well we just got a check from Rachel's parents since they wrecked our one of our cars while they were here early Dec, but insurance covered most (had to shell out a grand for maintenance that was overdue) of the cost of another car... I'll have to see how far I can stretch their money, need carpet and custom banister for the stairs, wood floors for two rooms, travertine for the bathroom floor and shower walls, a sink, toilet, doors and trim still to do as well. Fingers are crossed that we can do it all for what we have left.
Bad news is the BMW just went into the shop today also and I have no idea what that will cost me.
