I just had this issue in a 45g reef I had. Insted of chemical Flatworm-exit, I caught a 6-line wrasse in my 75g reef...put him into the 45g and he's already taken care of about 75% of the flatworms...the reddish ones. I am going to add a scooter blenny too once I catch him!
