Just my thinking. You need to get your thinking up if you are going to have sps, clams etc. This is not a cheap hobby! I use these,

48" with (2) 250 MH. Not going to get much for what you have in your pocket at this time. Yes you will need supplemental lighting. Just my 2 cents.
