Glass anemone shrimp

It was with much trepidation that I ordered a Glass anemone shrimp, Periclimenes brevicarpalis.

I did my research, and made sure he would host in something other than an anemone.

I figured that in my 40G QT tank, a 3/4" shrimp would pretty much be invisible, and I might never see him again.

Much to my delight, he has taken up residence in a Xenia that is close to the front of the tank.

When the lights go off, he scurries around, picking at the algae that's close to his home base, and picks at other corals (including a Hydnophora!).

He's a cool little guy...just thought I'd share
