NaCl+H2O Fish,
I went thru a two week ordeal with RSM, ending with a couple calls from one of their techs. In the end they sent me a replacement skimmer as I thought my issues were caused by poor assembly of the skimmer body. The second skimmer wasn't any better so I gave up harassing them.
