The new Steinhart will be cool about 5 years after its open maybe. I was there a number of years ago and it was a nice place but really in need of an update.
Large aquariums take a long time to establish just like our own home tanks.
I was very disappointed with the Georgia Aquarium's reef this summer, I want to see it in a few more years when the live corals grow and are actually healthy. I thought the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach Cal. was the best all around public aquarium for me.
