I'd take a guess that the Xtreme 250 is still cheaper than that one...and better designed

My ATI BM250 has just a bit of MB that sneak down to the outlet. A shorter bubble tube would be much worse. That being said, the skimmers work extremely well. It does not appear to hinder performance.
