If you look close at the top left, and in the instructions on the bottom, there's a water level adjuster..basically a riser tube that most in-sump skimmers are coming with now. And on his pic, he doesn't have it installed. I wonder if he didn't put it on or if he didn't get it in the box? That thing is supposed to help so you don't have to have the skimmer out of the water and the return T pouring into the tank causing more bubbles
