Thats why a DIY box is in order, the plastic tube are pretty thick on that nano skimmer though, did you ask david if it was grey or clear? Another optione would to build a huge box to hide that skimmer, kind of like those nano cubes with the back chambers. That way maybe no micros would make it back to the tank
