I'd argue that buying a couple of controllable Tunzes or Vortechs is actually cheaper than Koralias (since both of those products hold their value quite well over time, they can be easily sold later for a high percentage of their initial price. Koralias are esentially worthless once bought) buuuut since you already ruled them out, I won't :P
4x Koralia 4s will give nice flow and make your SPS happy.
