i use uniseals on my bucket fuges and they work great EXCEPT when you move the pipe...for me, they tend to leak if there movement with the pipes going in them...eg having a ball valve, adjusting angles etc.
i love uniseals because they are very easy to place and esp with 5g buckets...can be placed where a bulkhead might have trouble sealing effectively.
for a brute container? never know 'til you try. i would suggest an outside leak 'test' before hauling that sucker around for water changes (i presume).
