how often did you have to change the media in your fight? I feel like I am shoveling sand against the tide.....I have been changing the GFO almost every two weeks as the phosphates start to sky rocket again, my guess is as it comes out of the sand bed and rocks....so have been doing weekly water changes and manually removing...I am slowly starting to gain on it but man is it a ton of work......
