Good luck catching that guy...I've heard those Camel shirmp are even more jerks than most crabs.
BTW - I get up early (so I can sit in traffic all morning) so wheen I was having the troubles, before leaving I would use a flashlight to scan the tank daily and kept supplies ready to catch or kill the crab...it was always out thumbing its nose at me but in the end with patience (and a sharp stick) I got it out of the tank.
