Sorry, but it is not a good setup for a seahorse. Clowns are not good tankmates, they can be territorial and aggressive, and they are also aggressive feeders that can prevent the seahorses from getting enough food. The temperature is also too high. You will want a temperature of 70-74 degrees for seahorses.
