I used in in DE and it was yellow also.
The Aquaconnect 14K in SE has just as much Par as that Ushio 10K. I have heard this bulb is pretty much the SE version of the Phoenix 14K DE.
Heard the XM 10K is super bright and has a ton of par. just dont know if it is yellow also
