I am going to be setting up my 110g acrylic tank very shortly and I need to get a better skimmer for it. Of course I am on a budget, what college kid isn't? I'd like to get an asm skimmer or equal but just can't afford it. A LFS near me ( that fish place in Lancaster, PA) has 30% off on certain days of the week on dry goods, so I am going to get my skimmer from there, it'd be the best deal/price. The skimmer I am looking at is a berlin turbo XL, it comes with a 550gph pump, and rated from 150-400g but we all know how those ratings go
. So anyone have on of these? Experiences? Good bad? I can't afford top of the line, but I don't want a POS, heres a link for the skimmer, thanks.
