Go back to the fundamentals, Force equals Mass times Acceleration.


I gave you the force applied. You just need to assume a mass, assume a direction for the force applied, and calculate the effects of gravity.

I also gave you friction equal to zero so if you assume the kick is in the horizontal plane and gravity is in the vertical plane then you only need to guess her mass.

Be sure to keep your units in the same system though, mixing metric and english is almost as dangerous as guessing her mass.
