There are essentially three kinds of pygmies that look similar, Check out this month's reefkeeping magazine on the RC home page for a really good description.
1. Brazillian flameback, distinguished by the yellow extending the entire length of the back but tail is blue.
2. African flameback, yellow extending down the back and the tail is yellow.
3. Cherub, Yellow only on the face area.

Hope this helps, sorry, I don't have experience with 2 and 3 but the brazillian has been great. I do love the guy, swims well and is not shy.

And yes he's doing great in a 20H.
