patents are neer worthless these days anyways...
I hold one and it didn't stop k-mart from copying the idea and getting their own patents via a lawyers re-wording....... your better off with the $75 application for the patent and making your money off it in the first year before you get copied by chinese reverse engineering.
To me this looks like another rebadge money maker.
