people do some crazy crap, sad thing is he is safer and better fed in the slammer than he prob would be if he went to any of the shelters
still not to smart but he did have some decent logic that Him being small you saw him as a lesser threat and would not shoot or do him "much" phisical harm, where as if he attacked a cop more along the same body type as him there might have been a much diffrent outcome.
