With a kelvin rating of 5900K, that will make your tank look **** yellow. You'll have to replace the bulbs as soon as you get it.
It seems to me that its just a fixture with an electronic ballast... can't tell if it is NO or HO bulbs.
Not worth $200+ to get a ballast and some endcaps (that aren't waterproof by the way which could be a problem depending on the humidity in your canopy)
