I would say MH, it gives a nice glittering water shine to your rocks and you can pretty much keep whatever you like. I use the generic...

Im a little worried its a parasite, if it continues tomorrow ill go get RO/DI water and adjust it so i can dip him for a few mins. Ill test and if things are off...
