There's a lot of factors that will play a role in...
There's a lot of factors that will play a role in the growth and overall health of sps such as water quality, lighting, flow ect. I guess it just depends on what your goals are.

Here's a picture of our tank when we had pcs on...
Here's a picture of our tank when we had pcs on it. We did have good colors and some growth but we kept dark blues and other dark colors. Now with the halides/t5 combo we have we get faster growth...

Maybe try moving it down a little and see if it likes it better. Also if you calcium is going from 420 t0 470 you may want to try to stabalize it a little more.

Milles are one of my favorite acros they're usually fast growers. I keep mine mid range to high in high flow areas. But I agree they are usually are a dominant species.

IME whenever I frag a sps they sprout multiple branches from the location of the cut. So if you frag where there was a single branch and it sprouts multiple you'll get increased growth by having more...
