yeah it is the factory bulkhead. i picked up a few savko BH's and they didnt really fit the hole in the rubbermaid and made me nervous. the factorys fit much better. so i went with them instead.

well getting ready to plumb a couple 50g poly rubbermaids and wasnt exactly sure on what size bulkhead is in it. looks like a 1" but im not sure. dont wanna have to buy the pvc to find out im wrong....

depends on what lights you use, price of electricity in your area, and results your looking for. you can have a healthy happy tank with anywhere from 6 hours of light to 12 hours of light.
