I'd feed it again, the more you can feed it without comprimising water quality the more it will grow. I feed mine several times each feeding.

FOWLR = Fish Only with Live Rock BB = Bare...
FOWLR = Fish Only with Live Rock
BB = Bare Bottom (refers to not having sand in the bottom of the tank)
FO = Fish Only
DSB = Deep Sand Bed
SSB = Shallow Sand Bed

yup, I third that. If it's a tight spot or you want it to break in a certain spot, some clean dikes (aka wire cutters) will aid in your accuracy.

Liverock in your sump would act as a refugium of sorts. It would be beneficial to your tank and it's inhabitants. Is it 100% necessary? No, but I would recommend it.
