Yes, I am pretty sure that is the pH is right unless the test kit has gotten old (1 year old). I am also pretty sure there are non parasites because the stylo has symbiotic crabs that should portect...

make the coral retract fully, then use a dremel or other power cutting tool to cut one "lobe" from another making sure each one has a mouth on it.

neither, you use a product called Weldon #6 (i think thats the number.) to bond acrylic to acrylic, but I don't know acrylic to pvc.
