SLIGHT ? Not when viewing a green crocea , mine looks totally purplish and blue through the nasty green glass but from above is dazzling green. I'm ordering a starphire tank with my xmas money.

They need cleaned often, maybe weekly . Have not noticed much reduction in flow with them. Just need cleaned alot. Never had one strip as there is not enough force that I can tell.

reef devil slowed way down

Ok, My older version reef devil ( has rectangular base) that was FULLY cleaned and running for 2 weeks now has seemed to slow production down to a crawl.

Just follow the BLACK plastic till it turns WHITE . Look at yours PS where the water goes into the skimmer body and you will se only BLACK, that's the difference.
