I caved in and bought some pH up solution. It worked! My pH is now at 8.2 and nitrate, nitrite, and ammonia are all at 0, and SG looks good too (1.024.) I'll test my water throughout the day tomorrow...

You could buy some pH-up solution and put that in, see if it helps. It's weird that all your corals and fish, etc are doing fine. Are you sure your pH meter is accurate?
