With that being said, ripping acrylic on a saw will give you a decent cut, assuming you are using a high tooth blade, 100 or higher....

I've read that when you manuelly remove the bubbles you need to keep a syphoning hose close by to catch the spores that will be released when you remove them from the rocks.
