Mine niped at pest anemonies, did not bother any corals, and ate pepaired foods and still died.....???? the fish disapeared never to be seen agen, such a shame was one of my favoite fish.

The main disadvantage of CaCl is that over time the chlorides would build up in the tank. The only time I use the stuff is when Im bumping up the calcium level when starting up a reactor.

It's more a matter of electrical and gas usage for me in the summer I keep the tank around 82, and the winter I keep it around 76 to 78.

The dart would save you a few bucks on the e bill compared to the hammerhead or barracuda. When drilling the tank you may consider drilling two suction holes(intakes) that way the sucton is reduced...
