advice on white spots

There seems to be something that is going around that is quite widespread .The fish are covered in tiny white spots that almost looks like the parasite velvet.It does not come off with a freshwater...

I just use a rubber tote/powerhead/ heater/piece of liverock that I take out of my fish only tank also airstone .I use cupramine and if anything shows up antibiotics.Works ever time for me

I am seeing a outbreak of ich in reef tanks in this part of the world that is quite hard to get rid of.I believe it is coming in with the coral.Anybody else with this problem
