There is a High head and a normal. I used the normal with 1 inch.
I think it could be modified by someone with good router skills or a CNC. The volute would have to have the finned impeller holder...

I did try the Quiet One 4000. The impeller cover is very deep when mounted and sits just above the impeller. There is no room for the mesh! Also, the volute housing is much smaller than the Sicce....

Kroe, The ceramic shaft is attached to the magnet. It doesn't come out as for as I can tell. I really don't see why the ceramic wouldn't work anyway.
