If you are using the post filter drinking water filter, that can actually add TDS back to the water. For reef use remove the final carbon stage and measure right after the DI.

I would change that. Even plants need a period of darkness to maximize their respiration cycle. Just put the lights on opposite your tank schedule. This helps minimize pH dips.

There is such a thing as a valve on the waste water line. It is a variable flow restricter valve. I use one that allows me to adjust my waste based on seasonal temps and varying pressure.

Tap Water = 580 ppm TDS
RO = 8.4 ppm TDS
RO/DI = 0.6 ppm TDS
I am getting a 98.55 % rejection...

I wouldn't advocate running the tank at 85 as that leaves no margin for error. There are many successful reef tanks run at 83-84 on a regular basis. I personally run from 79-83 based on seasonality...

The GFCI does protect all outlets. The 1st 3 outlets on the second row are the switched outlets. Those are the 3 black wires being fed from the 3 way switch.
