Call any glass place in town that does windows and what have you. They will cut it and Polich the ends for you. Then price it out to the most effective.

Well Iwaki pumps are fairly quiet on the Japan motor. I have heard them in the past but went away from them with the Reeflo series.

No no special clamps, just good stainless screws. Follow the directions you got a stand. If your concerned about weight dont be. it will hold plenty. just besure to make it level. all will be good....
