Could be the Throttle position sensor. Low Tranny fluid? How does the trans fluid smell? If you dont know what tranny fluid smells like then get a fresh bottle and compare it to the fluid in the car....

Last night I lost power at 2 AM, the gurgling tank woke me up. ComED had the power back on a couple of hours later. I did not want to get the generator out. Darn wind ruining my sleep!

I am one of the people who get headaches from it. I found out while plumbing my tank through the crawl space and basement. I do like the smell though.

I have had leaks in the past but none of them were severe, of course the unit was not in my bedroom either. On the other hand you may notice a leak in a quiet bedroom alot faster too.
