I just remeasured and the tubes are actually 77"...

I just remeasured and the tubes are actually 77" tall(5" more than I thought) :)
Also one end has a 1.5" thick acrylic base glued on that I could cut off or leave on(extra weight=extra shipping...

I've read Envirotex is reef safe once cured(24hrs). You can buy it at most craft stores like Michaels and similar places.

They are really hard plastic almost rubber feeling though. I don't know if they can be glued to pvc.
