it's hard to believe that someone will risk jail time over a fish tank:confused: ,it's a small tight group of people here, you should be able to find something,again good luck catching the bad guys....

if you where to put it on a container you will need a 55 gallon drum(it's on two 30 to 40 gallon tupperware)you can take the buckets with you,also you don't need a handtruck.
