thats a cirratulid polychaete, AKA hair worm. they are often called spaghetti worms, but that refers to a different worm. either way they are harmless detritus munchers.

those are Acoel flatworms, they are usually considered harmless, but they will eat some copepods. they usually die off before they become a problem.

that is a cirratulid polychaete AKA Hair worm. they are harmless detritus munchers, and often mistakenly called Spaghetti worms in the hobby ;). here is a good link on the two....
