I have a 24" version with BlueWave and recently swapped to Galaxy ballast. I love it and it is super bright and nice coverage.

I think it is pretty good for the price.

I would go with T5 fixture as they are more intense and the bulb last twice as long as CF.

The "Nova Extreme T-5 Fixtures w/Lunar Lights" you list will be fine on your tank if you only intend to...
