Just stick with feeding the meaty foods mysis is good but my plates really open really good on some good old cyclop-eeze freezed dried, frozen, but I think the flakes are the best.

I have been ionic buffer 4 about 4 weeks now and i dont see a differance in anything. My cal is actully lower now that what it was. I add the right amount every day.

I have a few blue leg hermit crabs, and a few red leg scarlets. In with a red tree sponge. The crabs really dont mess with the sponge. They climb on it but to me they dont look like they are eating...
