You could also just take the rock out that its in and squirt some seltzer water in its hole with a turkey baster. It most likely will come right out.

Good luck, I was at there store last weekend and they had planned to get out diving this week. Keep a eye out for the Mantis shrimp, I have found 3 since I added my rock last weekend.
